Today we are publishing the sixth lesson , from which you will learn how to create audiences that can be used in remarketing. Enjoy watching! You will find the script under the video.
We are on the page with audiences, they areto find out, rely on located in the Library – further in Audiences. Now three audiences have been created here based on Website traffic, i.e. based on the pixel. They are not all available yet, because there is too little data.
Therefore, it is very important to install the pixel on your site as soon as possible and start collecting visitors’ cookies. Then TikTok Ads will quickly analyze this audience with users of its mobile application and collect at least 1000 users for you. Before this indicator, you will not be able to use this audience.
To create a new audience, you need to click on the Create audience button. In the window that appears, you will have the option to “Create a custom audience” or a look-alike audience. We will not touch the latter option for now. This is the option that is created based on custom audiences. TikTok Ads will collect an audience that is similar in its typical behavior in the TikTok mobile app to the audience you created earlier.
Click on Create a custom audience, a choice of four blocks will appear:
Upload file – you need to upload a file with mobile device contact lists identifiers. Email and phones cannot be uploaded here.
A pp Activity is those who downloaded, interacted with, made a purchase in your mobile app.
Engagement – everyone who interacted with your ad. Here you can select two types of audiences that clicked or saw (impression) your ad in the last 7 days or more (maximum up to 180 days). You can set specific groups, if you do not set anything, you will collect the audience from all your launched ads .
In addition, you can add something else here using the “or” operator: for example, those who clicked on ad 1 in the last 7 days or those who clicked on ad 2. You can exclude those who saw the ad in the last 7 days but did not click.
